From this we develop a target group-oriented search strategy for addressing potential candidates using classic headhunting or from our network. If it makes sense, we will also put your vacancy in a nutshell in a hidden advertisement in order to address a broader target group. We design an individual selection process that takes into account both the fundamentals of an optimal decision and compliance on the part of the candidate. Finally, we prepare reports, moderate the hearings in front of the decision-making body and accompany you in the contract negotiations up to the closing with your desired candidate. Of course, we take over the entire coordination, candidate communication and management of data protection issues.
