MALY & PARTNER was founded by Julian Maly. After studies in business administration and politics as well as several positions in retail management, media and public services, he began his career in personnel consulting at a young age. He spent 15 years at one of the leading consulting boutiques in Vienna, where he was able to learn from scratch the conception and successful implementation of national and international projects in the areas of executive search, personnel search and selection as well as potential evaluation and management audits. On his career development from project assistant to partner, he was not only able to build up a wealth of experience in a wide variety of industries and professional fields, but also, as a team leader, to develop a profound understanding of the essential factors of successful recruiting processes.
