After studying business administration and politics, Julian Maly began his career with positions in retail management, media and public services. Julian Maly has been working in HR consulting since 2007. He spent almost 15 years at one of the leading consulting boutiques in Vienna, most recently as a partner. For many years, his consulting focus has been on the conception and successful implementation of national and international projects in the areas of executive search, personnel search and selection as well as recruitment processes, evaluation of potential, management audits and strategic HR consulting.
